DrawSense.ai provides AI-powered lottery number analysis and predictions for entertainment and educational purposes only. Our Service includes statistical analysis, pattern recognition, and machine learning-based predictions for various lottery games.

3. No Guarantee of Winnings

Important: Lottery draws are random events. DrawSense.ai does not guarantee any winnings. Our predictions are based on statistical analysis and historical patterns, but past performance does not guarantee future results. The mathematical odds of winning remain unchanged regardless of which numbers you choose.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction)
• Use the Service only where lottery participation is legal
• Play responsibly and within your financial means
• Not hold O&A Inc. responsible for any losses incurred from lottery play
• Not redistribute or resell our predictions without authorization

5. Payment and Refunds

One-time purchases (Quick Pick, Full Analysis) provide access to predictions for a single lottery draw. Subscriptions (Basic, Premium, Annual) provide ongoing access as described in the plan details.

Due to the nature of digital predictions, refunds are generally not provided once predictions have been delivered. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and predictions provided by DrawSense.ai are the intellectual property of O&A Inc. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our prediction systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

O&A Inc. and DrawSense.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Service, including but not limited to losses from lottery play.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
